Energy Performance
Government legislation is due to change in 2025 and again in 2028 making minimum Energy Performance ratings mandatory for rental properties and property sales. We provide an end to end service for domestic and commercial properties:

- carrying out energy performance appraisals & certifications across the Duchy Estate in Kennington
- working to the Duchy’s ambitious Net Zero target across their portfolio, we produced cost effective remedial work packages to help achieve the objectives of the Estate
- works include heat pump installation, the retro-fit of various methods of insulation as appropriate and the subsequent internal refurbishment required, upgrading external glazing, installation of gas free internal heating (High Heat Retention heaters), upgrading energy consuming lighting and appliances
